Teakwondo at St Pius X school

                                On a sunny day room 5 went to the hall and do Teakwondo We had a Teacher name Miss Yu she teach us how to kick bunch and breaking the pad. And we play a game called helicopter.
It was so cool  ,excited  ,happy and quite tried.We did hips of Teakwondo skills too. Miss yu said to line up and after that we and we run up and kick the pad one by one.Then we went back to our class room.
I had a good day.
                               

My trip to Ambury Farm

At  the  Ambury   Farm I saw two pigs and 4 goats and and  some other animals in the Farm.
we feed the lamps and the sheeps too .
There was a pig name pumpkin and another pig but I forgot his name.
Then we went to see the cows getting milk form there stomach to the machine .
After that we had lunch and went to the feild and play .then we went back to school.

Never Give Up

The  coach was telling the rugby players to warm up. After the coach said we need to do stretches so they counted slowly to ten as they stretched. When they had finished stretching the team went to do some push -ups and all the team needed to do the push - ups. After the team had done their push -ups they did some ball skills. After that they did passing and catching skills and they practiced tackling someone. Then they cooled down. When practice was over the coach said come back next time and remember never give up.
