Throughout week, in maths I learnt how to solve division problems using my known facts.
Fore example:
There were 36 students and they heading to the zoo. The students had to be shared equally into 3 buses. How many students were in each bus?
Now here I know straight away that this problem is: 36 divided by 3 but if I turn into multiplication it will be 3 x ___ = 36 but I already know my 3 timetable so I know that 3 times
6 makes 36 = 36 divided by 3 equals 6 because 3 x 6 = 36.
