Bonus Activity
The Canadian government has decided to build the longest walking trail in the world. It is called the ‘Great Trail’ and it covers 15 000 miles. Wow! For this activity, we are drawing inspiration from this walking trail and thinking about our own footprints.
Your task is to use DrawIsland tool to create your own digital footprint. The footprint must include your name and the name of the country that you are visiting. Otherwise, you can decorate it in any way that you want. It’s totally up to you! Once you have drawn your footprint, save it, and then upload it to your blog. Here is my Foot print:
HOPE...you liked it :)
Hey Von,
ReplyDeleteWow fantastic footprint I really liked how you added the German flags on to it and I like how colorful it is.
Keep up the great work!
Hi Katelyn,
DeleteI also love the fact that Von added the German flag to the footprint. It looks great, doesn't it?
Thanks for posting lovely comments. I am sure they are really motivating everyone to stay committed and finish the entire journey. It's great to see you being so supportive!
Von, you have also been the most amazing commenter! I love to see your positive, helpful and encouraging messages.
Great work, girls!
Cheers,
Rachel :)
Hi Von,
ReplyDeleteI love the 'Germany' footprint that you made. You've included a number of really interesting shapes and bold colours. My favourite part of the footprint is the black outline/font that you chose. It's quite whimsical and fun!
What inspired you to use the stars and rectangles in the footprint? Do they represent something specific from Germany or did you choose them for another reason? I'd love to know...
Cheers,
Rachel :)
hi there Rcahel,
DeleteI wish the stars and shapes were a symbol from Germany but no.. I added the stars and shapes to make it look fancy..
Von,
Hi Von!, That was a really good footprint, but did you really use the site we were meant to. Never mind that, it was great!
ReplyDeleteHey Von
